Mahesh Naithani has pioneered the life sciences data and analytics industry for several decades. Before founding PRISM.science in late 2019, he was the Founder and Chairman of Pharmaspectra (formerly Medmeme) for 14 years. Under his leadership, Pharmaspectra became a global provider of medical affairs data to the pharmaceutical and biotech industry.
From 1982 to 1997, Mahesh was Chairman of HCI and PERQ/HCI, where, among other achievements, he developed the first measurements of publication readership and publication exposure. Additionally, from 1979 to 1982, he was the Founder of Patient Care International, where he developed the technique of medical content aggregation.
With established credentials as a thought leader in his field, Mahesh continues to present and lecture on several of the concepts that have been the bedrock of all of his businesses, including pharma industry trends, databases and data exploitation, syndication, entrepreneurship, and content analysis. He was recognized as a 2019 Top 40 Healthcare Transformer by MM&M.
He serves as a Board Member for several organizations, including the New Jersey Red Cross, Princeton University International Cultural Center, and the South Asian Pharmaceutical Council.
Having left India in 1969 with only $1 to his name, Mahesh strongly believes in “paying it forward” and supports many worthy humanitarian causes. These include his role as a Contributor to the Indus Valley HIV Clinic (Tamil Nadu, India) for the treatment and job training of widows and Contributor for permanent, sustainable capital for professional training for disabled children (AT&T Technical Park & Institute for the Disabled, Gujarat, India).
Mahesh received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and MIS from The University of Minnesota-Twin Cities and holds a Master of Arts (MA) in International Politics from The University of Allahabad (Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India).
He currently resides in Los Angeles, California. He has been married for 51 years to his wife, Cristina, and is the proud father of Siddhartha, 47, and Pratima, 43.
Kathy has over 30 years of experience in the diagnostic, biotech, and pharmaceutical industries. She is the former Vice President of Strategic Partnerships and Scientific Communications at Roche Pharmaceuticals. Ms. Presto is a visionary and strategic leader with extensive executive leadership experience in Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Business Development with companies such as Baker Instruments, Procter and Gamble, Ares Serono, Roche, and Genentech. Her experience covers numerous therapeutic areas including virology, transplantation, anemia, cardiovascular, diabetes, oncology, nephrology, neurology, and inflammation to name a few. She has testified before the US Senate on innovative approaches to handle the healthcare issues in developing countries. She holds awards in business from state, national, and international organizations, and is an active member of several professional and industry organizations. She has lectured worldwide and at several industry conferences on advocacy and business strategy. Prior to her industry experience, she was a scientific researcher in the fields of oncology and hematology.

He has over 18 years of experience and has worked at global consulting brands like Capgemini, LiquidHub, and Fiserv providing specialized technology solutions for fortune 100 and start-up companies. He is also the founder of Insightsdigital.ai, a boutique management consulting firm providing CxO advisory services.
With over 20 years of experience in pharmaceutical IT, business analysis and competitive intelligence, Sougato previously led product management at Pharmaspectra, created Clarivate’s Cortellis platform and its Clinical Trials Intelligence offering, and created BIO’s current partnering system and a number of BIO-driven industry meetings. Prior to that, Sougato served as a consultant to IQVIA, Parexel, Siemens Medical, Sanofi, GSK, Merck, and J&J. Sougato holds a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MS in Information Science from the Pennsylvania State University.
With a degree in medicine from the University of Gothenburg, Fredrik has over 27 years of experience as a doctor in clinical settings. Starting his residency in surgery, he later turned to a specialty in family medicine. In parallel to working as a GP he has been an investigator at ME3 Clinical Trials.
Besides a degree in medicine, Fredrik has academic merits in clinical research, bioinformatics, and programming. Non-academic merits include code contributions to the Accord.NET Machine Learning Framework and deep interest in predictive analysis.
At Swiss based life science startup NN, Fredrik is the link to the clinical environment with insights in which unmet patient needs are to target. His knowledge in bioinformatics and programming combined with his experience in conducting clinical trials give him the background needed for streamlining the DRPx process from algorithm to patient.
